from generations jaipur families have special art to tie cotton in the way air do not pass through.. they use only 100 gram of cotton for complete quilt so u can imagine if only 0.25 lbs cotton can be used for complete quilt and its still warmest quilt for any where. they do traditional tie of cotton to stop airs or winds from weather. its not only useful for your house but also for traveller to carry soft quilts with them.

Quilts are done by cotton, velvet, silk, Cambric fabric, the weight of cotton and other fabric is more then 100 gram. I wrote 100 gram as its famous word in jaipur "100 gram ki rajai" means 100 gram quilts.
